Shannon and Becky were so welcoming from start to finish. The whole experience was amazing, and the results are three times better than I ever expected. I had such an amazing experience with Bianca today. She did my highlights, toner, and blow-dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Bianca is incredibly professional, skilled, and experienced. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and looked after me throughout the appointment. She regularly checked that I was comfortable and made sure everything was okay, which made the whole experience so relaxing. She did an absolutely amazing job with my hair. My highlights look beautiful—the best I’ve had in a long time—and I left the salon feeling so happy and confident.

Had my first BIAB appointment with Kelly today and wanted to leave her a review. My usual nail tech was away and recommended Kelly, and I’m really glad I went with her. She did a great job on my nails and I’m really happy with the result. Although I’ll be going back to my regular tech, I wanted to give Kelly a shout-out because she’s really good at what she does and deserves the recommendation. She’s also a lovely, friendly person and was really easy to chat to 😊
