Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

I’ve tried many places before, but nothing has come close to this experience.She really knows what she’s doing. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing.
