Amazing experience. And very knowledgeable. Came in with sciatica pain that has been causing me so many issues. He helped relieve the pain but also guided me in the root cause and the work i need to focus in to help eliminate the problem. Ive seen Gayan a few times and find his approach very professional and there is a reason i keep coming back to him.

Come in with a fair amount of lower back pain and stiff hips 1 hour treatment allready feel lot looser and better also gave me advice on strechs and workouts to help me from future back problems would definitely recommend

I had a sports massage, Kerry was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Ive had an ongoing issue with my shoulder which Kerry focused her time on, my shoulder feels the best it's felt in a very long time. The sport massage was great, Kerry is very knowledgeable and understands how work certain areas and I injures. Will be booking one again very soon. xx

I contacted Kerry last minute for some help to be ready for a half marathon. A brilliant service provided. Kerry is super knowledgeable and really able to help me through assisted stretching and lots of good advice for going forward. Recommended!

Had an hour treatment for my chronic pain due to fibromyalgia. The whole process was very holistic and professional. The treatment was very helpful for my pain, I felt an immediate relief and lightness from pain. Really happy with the results. We have worked out a plan to move forward with further treatments. I would highly recommend Asirilanka Therapy.

Great targeted treatment for the session, and every phase of process was explained thoroughly. I felt an instant improvement at the end of the therapy, and I'm more comfortable now that I have been for around 4-5 weeks.

I have had my first treatment with Gayan. He was very thorough, energetic, fast and passionate about his work! I felt pampered and well treated. I have never had therapy like that and it was one of the reasons why I came in the first place - to try something new. I was not disappointed! It was painful at times and I felt like spaghetti afterwards 🤭😄 but definitely worth it, would highly recommend to anyone! I want to try more sessions and see how my body responds.
