I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Brigida was amazing, I had an aromatherapy massage and a Indian head massage. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the moment I stepped in the room. He technique is great and she takes the time to talk to you about any areas you wish to focus on etc. The rooms surroundings are very calming. Would 100% recommend her, I will be coming back for another massage.
