I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. I had the Brazilian lymphatic drainage and hot stones and Indian head massage I really enjoyed it I felt Oksana was very professional, and experienced and will definitely book again It was just what I needed!

Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

My session with Kerry was brilliant, she is such a great therapist, she was able to figure out where my issues were and worked on these amazingly checking in on me throughout my session. Her room is tranquil and perfect for a relaxing experience. Could not recommend her services enough, she’s made me feel great and has given me lots of tips to improve my problem areas. Can’t thank you enough Kerry.
