I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Rachael is a truly beautiful soul, who puts you at ease immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques tailored specifically to your body. I absolutely loved my tension-release lymphatic drainage massage. The warm bed was a lovely touch, followed by the hot stones and a thoughtful care package at the end of the treatment to support further detoxification. I even received some Christmas chocolates — such a thoughtful extra touch, that really went the extra mile. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Rachael 🙏🏼💕

As soon as I walked in I was met with warm welcome, smiling faces and the offer of a hot drink. Monica was excellent, friendly and is extremely good at her job. My eyebrows and eyelashes looked the best they ever have. I'm extremely happy with them and wouldn't go any where else!!

I was booked in with Rachael for a full body lymphatic drainage massage. Rachael is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. I wasn't sure what to expect from the massage but wow it was so good. I came out with a wealth of knowledge about my own body after being in with Rachael. She genuinely cared and made me feel SO comfortable and adjusted my treatment according to everything I had told her. The room was warm and cosy and I didn't get cold once during the whole time (nothing worse IMO). Great aftercare too. Thank you for being so personable, I will definitely be back xx

Kayleigh is an amazing practitioner, she is warm and welcoming and her beautiful energy puts you at ease instantly. It is evident that not only is she highly trained in all aspects of holistic therapies, but she is utterly passionate about her craft. I have had numerous sessions with Kayleigh and each time I have left feeling wonderful, rested and recharged. I couldn’t recommend her and her treatments anymore highly.

Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.
