Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. Came in for a sports / Hot stone massage before my comp at the weekend, first time having one so I had no idea what to expect, Rachel was very welcoming and friendly, feel 1000x better after having had it done and will definitely be back.

The hot stone massage was amazing, i felt so relaxed afterwards and my back pain feels better already

As soon as I walked in I was met with warm welcome, smiling faces and the offer of a hot drink. Monica was excellent, friendly and is extremely good at her job. My eyebrows and eyelashes looked the best they ever have. I'm extremely happy with them and wouldn't go any where else!!

Merita is such a perfectionist with my eyebrows every single time ❤️ My eyebrows were in a state after going elsewhere, and when I came to Merita she tided them up so well, and I’ve never looked back. She’s always friendly, her salon is immaculate and I enjoy her company!

I had an amazing experience today from the minute I walked in the atmosphere was warm, clean and very welcoming. Thanks Bev, Monica and staff at this local salon.

Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.

As always another fabulous back & shoulder massage by Monica, I leave feeling as light as a feather & so refreshed. Thank you & looking forward to my next one already :)
