Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. As soon as I walked in I was met with warm welcome, smiling faces and the offer of a hot drink. Monica was excellent, friendly and is extremely good at her job. My eyebrows and eyelashes looked the best they ever have. I'm extremely happy with them and wouldn't go any where else!!

Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.
