First time going there today and it was great!!! Staff were friendly, calming and thoughtful. Will definitely be coming here again I loved my Eyebrows and Lip ( got them waxed ). She also asked if she could thread my eyebrows and it was my first time but they didn’t hurt! I didn’t go red after the wax or threading which was a plus!

Fabulous on all counts! Treated myself to a Japanese head spa and upper body massage and it was worth it's weight in gold. Charlie is brilliant and made me feel at ease, would give 20 stars if I could. My nervous system is back at an equilibrium, finally. Highly recommend.
