Amazing! My 6 year old was nervous about having her first ear piercing. She was made to feel so at ease and it was just a lovely experience for her. She came out smiling. Would totally recommend using Sapphire Blu.

This was my first visit to see Juste for initial removal of an old set from a different salon and a new set applied. She was very knowledgeable and her main concern was for the health and care of my nails. After seeing that they were in a very poor condition we made the decision to leave them off a month to try and get them into a better state. I very much appreciated that she didn’t just do a new set and was totally honest with me. She is a chatty, friendly girl and I will definitely go back when they are healthier. Thank you! 🙏

Leanne was amazing, lovely set of nails completed rose gold glitter. Great atmosphere in the salon, friendly and welcoming. Feeling so much more like myself with having hair coloured and nails painted in the same week ☺️💅🏻💇‍♀️

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

Today I had a lovely facial including steam and ice globes by Rhianne. My facial was so lovely and relaxing and the products smelt amazing. Rhianne was so professional and kind and it was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I highly recommend and will be back for more treatments with her.

Treated my mum for a mother's day gift to the ultimate de-stress spa pamper. This involved a Indian head massage, facial , sinus massage and finished with the Japanese head spa. My mum absolutely LOVED it and said Charlie was very welcoming and fantastic start to finish. We both can't wait to come back - absolutely EXCELLENT ☺️

Had a double appointment for BIAB and a facial. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else, the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. We tried some new designs on my nails rather than the subtle ones I usually go for and I love them! The facial was so relaxing and the products charley used were amazing 😍

I’m so happy with my brow lamination, wax & tint! ✨ I’ve never been able to shape my brows correctly but chenise done a fabulous job and I’ve never felt so confident! 👸🏽 The lamination has helped my makeup routine become so much easier and low maintenance. Kyla was lovely again today I had the works , Eye brow, wax & tint also eye lash tint, Pedicure and toe nails painted . Nail extensions and nail colour & nail art, I was extremely relaxed to the point of nearly falling asleep, although we did have a good chat, Kyla is very easy to talk to, I would defiantly recommend Kyla to friends & family.
