I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. She was very skilled and followed all my weird directions of growth without me mentioning anything! Excellent service very quick, very efficient. Lovely lady. Thank you ♥️♥️

Fantastic experience at Alo London! My mother visited for a haircut and eyebrow waxing, and we couldn't be happier. A huge shoutout to Alice, the hairstylist, who was adorable, highly professional, and incredibly patient with my mom. The eyebrow waxing was top-notch too, exactly what she asked for. Im very fussy about precision and need to make sure cuticles are well done and that both the gel and varnish are applied all the way to the cuticle and wrapped around the nail.
