I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Fantastic experience at Alo London! My mother visited for a haircut and eyebrow waxing, and we couldn't be happier. This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!
