I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

I genuinely can say I've never felt so much at ease when getting intimate waxing done. Deborah was so nice, very friendly and we chatted the whole way through. I felt like I've known her for years. When I arrived I filled out her medical card, she asked how I would like my eyebrows done and after a quick chat she got set to work. After decades of waxing and plucking my eyebrows what is left isn't that great, however I was so pleased with the results. With the intimate waxing the temp of the wax was perfect and the lotion applied really helped. I highly recommend Deborah and will return soon x

Great experience again as always. Got my usual lashes done and they are looking fabulous but also got some waxing done as well and I've only ever had my brows waxed before so was nervous about the leg wax and underarm wax but Mindy made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and put me at ease. 5 stars as always if I could give her 10 stars I would xx

Booked a full leg and bikini wax. Really pleased with the results. Shabana is very professional and did a quick job while being careful of my sensitive skin. The treatment room was comfortable and Shabana put me at ease with her friendly manner.
