The treatment was much quicker and more comfortable than I expected, and her attention to detail was amazing. If you're considering booking your first wax, I highly recommend Sam. I'm sure if you went to any other hair salon in Mayfair, you would receive great service. Avanzanto's Grooming Lounge? They go above and beyond of what you would expect. Stefan, Elena, and Luca are nothing short of exceptional. Each time i visit, i feel closer and closer with the team. Homely and welcoming. More than a year and a half of attending this lounge, the service remains prestigious and top of the chain.

I personally see Inass and she has transformed my hair in a little over a year in a half. I have always had hair loss issues and my hair is healthy, strong and always done well. All of the stylists here are warm and welcoming and it's definitely a family run place, which makes it cozy and comfortable. Inass has become like family to me as I overcame a severe illness. The other services they provide are waxing, massages, nails, etc. Highly highly recommend Jamlouki!
