I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Another wonderful and relaxing neck, back and shoulder massage,

Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.

Louise at Thrive Wellness Centre is absolutely amazing, I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with her and feel much better in myself. She takes the time to understand the issues and help you feel relaxed. Provides a calming approach, and tailors the massage to exactly what's needed. The studio space is perfect, very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. Looking forward to continuing my wellness journey with her. Highly recommended.

Vicky was welcoming and friendly. I have had a bad back and shoulders and the massage was wonderful and worked out a lot of the trouble areas. I will be back to work on the rest.
