Your back deserves the TLC and I couldn't think of a better atmosphere to experience it in other than at Nordic Rituals. Time and money worth spending. Lyn is lovely… first time having a Japanese head spa with a lymphatic drainage massage, wow incredible relaxing experience (fell asleep), the oils etc that were used smelt great, hair dried naturally and so soft, shiny and silky. I also booked in for a foot massage…. Next time I’m going for the day… thank you to Paula T from our lovely Hedge End girls group for recommending. Absolutely amazing experience. Lyn was so friendly and welcoming. Had the Japanese Head Spa for the first time. Amazing combination of a facial combined with massage and hair care. I've never felt so pampered! Environment is so calming with so much care taken into creating a relaxing mood. Would definitely recommend!

My massage with Ola at Nordic Rituals Massage Studio was excellent. From the warm welcome and calming aroma to the thoughtful tea waiting for me afterwards, every detail was perfect. I had a massage focusing on my upper body, legs and feet, and I'd definitely recommend booking an hour if you can. Ola was great at adjusting the pressure to suit me, I asked for firm pressure to work out my tension and it really did the trick. I usually struggle to switch off, but I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep! The playlist was amazing too. I'll definitely be back and would 100% recommend. 😌

Karen was fabulous! I felt very welcome as soon as I walked through the door and the massage was very relaxing but also firm enough to make a difference. I woke up the next day feeling much less tense than I usually do and I’m sure I will be back again!

The Japanese head spa and relaxing massage treatment was amazing! Lyn is both professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Lyn and her cottage are truly a hidden gem. The treatment itself was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings create a real oasis for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Having convenient roadside parking is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Lovely hour of massage therapy. Ola makes you feel at ease all through the experience, from the moment he opens the door to you walking out. Great advice with after-care and a lovely tea to finish off (there's few options of tea to choose as well). Will definitely return in the future for another session. I recommend to visit if you need to offload and de-stress from life in general 😊
