Wowww! 😍😍😍😍 A warm friendly welcome by Joanne coupled with a beautiful calming ambience! Top to Toe treatment was outstanding. Heated bed, and very comfortable. The facial, head massage and reflexology make such a wonderful trio that complement each other. Didn’t want it to end. Joanne shared her knowledge with me throughout the reflexology which I liked. Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

I had an amazing massage with Mukti! My neck and shoulders were extremely tense, and I could feel the stress building up for days. Abbie is great. Fantastic massage, great advice on stretches I can do and how to improve my posture. She's really easy to get on with and chatty, a great distraction from what is sometimes a painful massage (good/bad pain!!) Very professional and welcoming, thanks abbie.
