I had an amazing experience with Jason! One of the best massages I’ve ever had — I left feeling completely pain-free and relaxed. The cupping therapy made a big difference, and he was very professional and attentive. Definitely worth visiting again — highly recommend! 😊

This was my 1st visit to see Amelia, and it won't be my last. Amelia was recommended to me by a friend. I was met by a relaxing space, warm and cosy bed with calming music playing. My facial was very relaxing, and I could have fallen asleep. I left feeling very relaxed, and calm, given aftercare advise and a little gift of cream to use at a later date. Thank you again, and im looking forward to coming back in the new year 💓

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Great experience today at Optimal Recovery! I feel much more confident that I’ll make it to the Leeds Half Marathon despite a few recent niggles. Highly recommend paying a visit if you need help understanding how to treat an injury in preparation for an upcoming sports event!

My experience at Dragonfly Skin Spa in Leeds city centre was absolutely fantastic. Barbora, the massage therapist, worked wonders on my knots and tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa.

One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had, Jason is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft, I’ve never come across anyone that can go deep in to your muscles without causing much pain, I felt very relaxed and nearly fell asleep. I’m usually in agony when having a deep tissue massage but not with Jason. I’ll see you again very soon. Also to add a very polite and friendly gentleman.

I've been going to see Beth regularly since my tummy tuck and it's been such a pleasure she is the most lovely and welcoming woman that puts you at ease straight away and can help you by offering advice for any concerns you might have. The post op massages are a life saver I could not do without them even after the 1st one I felt better straight away with much less pain, I've had quite a few now and my definition is coming through nicely I also have under chin drainage that's so amazing my jawline is looking so snatched! Beth is definitely worth the trip from Manchester to Leeds xxx ❤🥰

The most relaxing massage 10/10

Jorge is just the best. He sets up the most relaxing ambience and his massages are both very relaxing and he spends time getting right to the nub of your aches as well.

I had a fantastic experience visiting Veronika. The massage was wonderful, she is lovely to talk to, very experienced, and the studio is calm and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend 💕

Once again Gemma has done an amazing job. I do a lot of heavy lifting at work and came for a back massage as the top of my back is painful. She concentrated on these areas and I felt so welcome and relaxed. I could lay there forever. Be back again soon x

Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. I had such a great time with Katie today. She helped me pick a new colour and it was lovely having a catch up with her. We were able to start the appointment early and Katie was very quick doing my nails. The massage was lovely as well and I left feeling very refreshed, relaxed and very happy with my nails. Always love my appointments here.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?
