I have been coming to The Salon since 2022 and this is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to. Madi is amazing and so kind. I suffer with anxiety and depression and the staff always make me feel welcomed.

Had a gorgeous facial and my skin feels very hydrated. The salon is small and cosy and Sophie is very professional and put me at ease as soon as I arrived. Definetly reccomend and will be back.

My first time at the salon and I must say I am very satisfied with the service the ladies provide there :) I was having my Hollywood and full leg waxing and the staff had made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend that place

I had a cut wash and finish today at The Salon. My trainee did not really interact with me and she did not really seem to want to have a conversation. I understand she was concentrating on cutting my hair but I think a little more interaction with the customer would have been good. Many thanks Hellen

Thank you to Ashley for sorting out my nails with builder gel and a little pop of colour. Gateway is gem of a salon, I prefer their friendly staff to going right into Leeds city centre. It's clean, pretty and very professional ♥️

Catherine did a wonderful job and did exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t have been more pleased. She was so attentive offering me drinks etc. she was so sweet and great to talk to and the time taken to do my highlights flew by! Would definitely recommend and am so glad I’ve found myself a good salon I will rely on in future! Prices are reasonable too.

Absolutely fabulous, my first ever spray tan so I didn't know what to expect. Discussed with Emily who advised the best colour to go for as a first time and the results that I would expect. She then talked me through the whole process during the tan itself. The tan smells delicious and I'm incredibly happy with my glowing finish. Fantastic results I will certainly be back. Cannot recommend the salon enough.

Always super friendly and incredibly welcoming. Able to accommodate different requests and happy to advise depending on needs and wants. Appointments are never long enough as I find myself chatting away with the time quickly gone. Need to book longer appointments. Love the interior too such a stylish salon.

Amazing service from Aimee as always. Today I had 24k gold facial treatment and left the salon feeling like life had been put back into my drained face.

Waxing treatment. Fantastic service, lovely lady. I feel quite lucky my nearest salon was not able to fit me in today, as I wouldn’t have found this cosy beautiful place. I will be returning in a few weeks for sure!

This is my 4th appointment and each time has been excellent. The service is always professional and attention to detail. I'm very fussy and did alot of research before picking this place and they have not disappointed. During the waxing the environment is relaxing and at the end there is time to have a look and see if there is anything that needs a little bit more hair removal. Their attitude is positive and friendly. Highly recommended. 😊
