Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

I throughly enjoyed my day. I booked a package and every treatment was an absoloute pleasure. Firstly the facilities are clean, the sauna is amazing and my absolute favourite. The oxygen cabin is probably the most relaxing place I've ever laid down and the hydrotherapy massage is one of the best massages I've ever had. I can't wait to go back again. The staff were so friendly and lovely 10/10 experience.

Having a treatment with Elizabeth is always a lovely treat. You leave a massage or facial feeling relaxed and pampered and reluctant to leave. She is also so knowledgeable about the body, muscles, skin etc that she is great to ask about any problems you may be having and able to offer really helpful advice. Highly recommend a visit!

I was so relaxed by my massage I came out feeling amazing

Had 90 minutes of the deep tissue + relaxing combo massage with head and foot work by Lee—and I actually fell asleep during the head massage. The stretching at the end is spot on, leaving your body feeling loose and balanced. Perfect mix, deep pressure for the knots, relaxing strokes for total chill. Shoulders loose, head clear, feet happy. 90 minutes of pure reset—definitely coming back.

I had a buccal massage with Paula and it was such a good experience! She was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The treatment itself was amazing – I felt so relaxed afterwards. Definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back for sure!

We had a wonderful experience at Revive southsea. Being parents to a 1.5 year old has definitely be tiring at times so having a morning to just relax and unwind was exactly what we needed. We went for the package which includes red light therapy, hydromassage and floatation tank. Each of these treatments relaxed us however I personally found the hydromassage the best. The floatation tank was an amazing experience but I think to truly relax I would need to do it a couple of times. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful morning.

Amazing massage that I really enjoyed. I find it hard to relax and Jenny puts me right at ease. the room is comfortable, warm, relaxing and calming. Jenny does every motion with ease and her soft warm hands glide during the massage and softy touch points on my feet for my reflexology at the end of the full body massage. highly recommend and can't wait for my next visit.

I had a Swedish back massage with arms, face and scalp. It was so relaxing and Jenny is fantastic. Jenny makes you feel so relaxed and welcome and she makes you have an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend Jenny!

This was one of the best massages I’ve had. I had the hot stone massage and it was absolutely brilliant. It was relaxing and did my shoulder/neck pain good.

Such a relaxing day, flotation tank was serene, hydro massage was 10/10 relaxing and the facial with Sam carter was bliss. All staff were so lovely and hospitable and catered to everything.
