I had the spa experience, 3 hours of pure relaxation. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot! The 10 minute breathing exercise at the beginning was perfect to really settle into the session, Sam has such a soothing voice to help you relax. If you’re thinking about going for the spa experience just go for it! I didn’t feel like I was wondering what time it will finish unlike other massages, it flowed the whole 3 hours. AMAZING!

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to clearly instruct me with helpful exercises, after detailing the specific problem that was being caused by the nerve running down my arm. I felt very relaxed in his presence, which is important for me as I struggle to relax at times. I look forward to booking in with him again and working on the niggles and pains in my body. The massage was a great mix of relaxation and pressure/firmness needed for working into the more uncomfortable areas. Thank you Charlie!

Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.

I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage along with a mini facial and scalp massage, and it was honestly the most relaxing experience of my life! The massage was perfectly tailored, just the right amount of pressure to release tension while still feeling relaxing. The mini facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and the scalp massage was pure bliss…so calming that I completely drifted off. Every part of the treatment felt thoughtful and indulgent. I can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for total relaxation and a little escape from everyday stress, this is the place to go.

As always massage from Sam was excellent. Always asks if there is something specific that you would like her to concentrate on. I always come out feeling both relaxed and less achey. Great service.
