This was my first trip to this salon and definitely won't be my last! I was apprehensive about trying a new salon as my usual go-to sadly closed down, but Lilly really put me at ease and did an amazing job with my hair. All of the staff were so friendly - 10/10!

Well from the moment I walked into the salon everyone was very welcoming and relaxed. Kiera went through everything before doing my hair to make sure I was happy and during the process ,explaining everything. I am extremely happy with my colour and style !!!! My first visit to CiaraJade Hair Salon. Mellisa gave me excellent, friendly, professional haircare advice. Melissa made up a special salon hair treatment specially for what my hair required. The cut was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend Melissa. I was so happy with my hair, I made my next two following appointments before I left.

Ciara did a wonderful job with my hair! She gave my hair its much needed layering. At the end I walked out of the salon with a head of shiny and bouncy hair. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and nice. I am definitely coming back.

My granddaughter comes every school holiday and really enjoys having her hair trimmed and platted such a lovely salon.

Had my nails done today by Maddie, I always have my hair done with Jas but was my first experience having my nails done. So happy with them, maddies attention to detail is amazing and it’s nice to have your nails done in a salon and not feel rushed, thanks so much girls. Smashing it as always xx

I’ve always been very anxious about letting someone loose with my hair but since I’ve been going to Jasmine, I have never felt so relaxed, she gives me the finish I want every single time and my hair has never been in better condition,I walk out the salon feeling on top of the world after every appointment. Absolutely love my hair - would definitely recommend Jasmine. Worth a 3 hour car journey from Essex. The salon is lovely and Jasmine is also really lovely
