Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. The heat from the stones was so soothing, and the snuggly blanket made it even more relaxing—it felt like pure bliss, exactly what I needed. Thank you ❤️

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. Thank you for the most beautiful Indian Head Massage Anna! This is my favourite treatment I’ve ever had, Anna’s massage flow is so smooth and fluid, her techniques are truly world-class and I am incredibly grateful and lucky to live only 5 minutes away from her gorgeous cabin in Titchfield. Anna works on your shoulders as well as your neck, traps and of course scalp, from start to finish it was excellent ❤️

Very professional and thorough with Assessment and treatment. Charlie is knowledgeable which showed when he asked me about CES which gave me great confidence in him as so many Health Professionals have no idea what you're talking about, even in a Doctor/Hospital environment? I booked my next appointment for a weeks time in the run up to my next back surgery and am looking forward to the mix of strength training and Sports Massage on a regular basis.
