Today I had the Ume treatment and what an incredible experience! The most wonderful facial combined with a relaxing Japanese Head Spa. Jade is incredibly professional and so passionate about her business. You can really see how much thought, care and attention to detail has gone into every part of the experience, with the client’s comfort and relaxation at the heart of everything. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely looked after. I have honestly never felt so relaxed and completely pampered. Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I will definitely be returning! 💖

Jade's Head Spa was a real treat. Her venue is absolutely stunning, and as soon as you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. From choosing the beautiful scents for your treatment to enjoying a matcha or herbal tea at the end, the whole experience is seamless and incredibly relaxing. Jade is a fantastic therapist with a lovely personality. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. The treatment is deeply relaxing and well worth the money. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, and my hair smelled amazing! Thank you to the lovely Jade ❤️

A superior head spa in such a beautiful setting. Jade has created a calm and welcoming haven that allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment was exceptional and incredible relaxing – everything I needed it to be. With some previous experience of heads-as, this is by far the best I have had. Jade's knowledge and experience is evident, both in her understanding of how to formulate the treatment to your hair, and the high-quality massage you receive. I cannot recommend Jade enough – I will not be going anywhere else for my head spas.

The ‘Sakura’ luxury head spa treatment was both enjoyable and relaxing. It was really interesting to see the improvement in my scalp health and I left feeling calm, relaxed and clear headed. The treatment room was a calm space with gentle music and lighting. Jade provided a warm welcome and was very knowledgable in explaining the treatment and process. Finished with an apple and elderflower herbal tea. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon

Had such a lovely Japanese head spa experience with Jade today. It was so relaxing from start to finish, and the scalp massage was amazing. I left feeling really refreshed, calm, and pampered. Definitely recommend if you need a bit of self-care and relaxation.

First time having reflexology with Krissy. It was a really wonderful experience...Krissy was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. My appointment today was great, Ella is very friendly, accommodating and professional. I had to take my son last minute and Ella was very good with him, made him feel comfortable and was chatting with him while I had my lashes done. I felt very relaxed there, my lashes turned out better than I was expecting, I let Ella do her thing and they are perfect, I will definitely be returning and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Ella for everything ❤️

Charlie was very welcoming when I called and understanding of what I was trying to explain. Which made me more than happy to attend a session in person to see what he could help me with. He explained very well when assessing my arm hoping I can work with advice he gave me and see an improvement.
