This was a great experience. It was my first time having a sport massage and Gary made me feel very comfortable through the process. It was great that I was able to access this service from the comfort of my own home. He explained what he was doing and tailored the appointment to my specific needs. I will definitely be booking again in the future and have already recommended to my friends and family.

Very professional and thorough with Assessment and treatment. Charlie is knowledgeable which showed when he asked me about CES which gave me great confidence in him as so many Health Professionals have no idea what you're talking about, even in a Doctor/Hospital environment? I booked my next appointment for a weeks time in the run up to my next back surgery and am looking forward to the mix of strength training and Sports Massage on a regular basis. Amazing massage foot treatment today pedicure and manicure fantatsic as always 💅

My appointment today was great, Ella is very friendly, accommodating and professional. I had to take my son last minute and Ella was very good with him, made him feel comfortable and was chatting with him while I had my lashes done. I felt very relaxed there, my lashes turned out better than I was expecting, I let Ella do her thing and they are perfect, I will definitely be returning and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Ella for everything ❤️
