This was a great experience. It was my first time having a sport massage and Gary made me feel very comfortable through the process. It was great that I was able to access this service from the comfort of my own home. He explained what he was doing and tailored the appointment to my specific needs. I will definitely be booking again in the future and have already recommended to my friends and family.

Very professional and thorough with Assessment and treatment. Charlie is knowledgeable which showed when he asked me about CES which gave me great confidence in him as so many Health Professionals have no idea what you're talking about, even in a Doctor/Hospital environment? I booked my next appointment for a weeks time in the run up to my next back surgery and am looking forward to the mix of strength training and Sports Massage on a regular basis. Supa was amazing! 🌟 I had a 90 minute Thai oil massage. I Filled out a detailed consultation form and discussed with her my tension and problem areas and she tailored my treatment with this in mind. I feel all de knotted and stretched out, tension certainly reduced and all relaxed. My shoulders no longer feel by my ears. If you haven’t had a massage with supa you need to! She works wonders!
