I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

A beautifully designed place that stands out from the rest in Westbourne. Khianna has been my therapist for the past five years. Khianna has a very calming presence. And is absolutely lovely and makes me feel at ease every time I have an appointment. I Highly recommend Freeda!

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

I saw Dawn for Bowen therapy she was so friendly and immediately made me feel relaxed. She is an excellent therapist, I felt amazing at the end of the session and am looking forward to the next two appointments. Her therapy room is lovely.

Vicky is very attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. Her innate desire to help combined with her skills makes her an excellent therapist. Highly recommended.

I visited went on the internet this morning to make an appointment with a Chiropractor. Parkstone Chiropractic came up, I lived close so opted for the practice. I booked at 8.20 and was seen for 10am. I felt listened to and plenty of care was made to ensure I understood not only my back issues but other medical reasons for my back pain. I have rebooked and shall continue to use this Practice for future chiropractic care. I can highly recommend this practice

Wonderful massage as ever in Julie's new therapy room.

Claire is a very knowledgeable and experienced therapist. I previously received excellent massages from her, I am now having lymphatic treatments (in a hope to rebalance and reduce inflammation). I know I am in the best hands, and I look forward to receiving further treatments.

I have been having massages with Dawn for a year now. The Bowen Therapy has been life changing for me and I go every week without fail. Dawn is welcoming and very professional. The Therapy room exceeds all expectations. From the moment you walk through the door you experience a calming relaxed ambiance. I would highly recommend Dawn and look forward to seeing her next week.

Jason was amazing as usual. Always welcoming. I have a ongoing problem with my shoulder. After going to countless places to easy the pain Jason managed to fix the problem with three sessions. I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic Clinic to everyone!

Carmen is a wonderful therapist who takes her time to really get to know all about me and what I seek to get from her treatment and then adjusts accordingly to make the treatment bespoke. I try to boom in a treatment at least every 6 weeks as it helps me massively to unwind and rebalance.

Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.
