A great experience as always! As a PCOS sufferer, the treatments that Sarah provides to help me manage some of the symptoms of this condition, namely reflexology, reiki and IPL laser hair removal, are amazing & highly recommended! I cannot thank Sarah enough for how caring and welcoming she is. Some people may think the treatments are pricey but for the effectiveness and positive impact that they give you are definitely worth it, especially from a well-being perspective! Sarah is very attentive and her calm nature makes you feel very relaxed from the moment you step into the beautiful cabin. The hot stone massage was amazing it was my first time and I felt aches melt away. You can tell Sarah is very passionate about her skill as it wasn’t rushed at all and so calming. I tried reflexology for the first time & I’ll be the first to admit I was dreading it but I loved it!!! What Sarah could tell me at the end is extraordinary and extremely helpful. I’m looking forward to booking with Sarah again.

Truly amazing treatment, felt like I was floating! Carmen listened to everything and adapted my treatment with reflexology lymphatic drainage as well as aiding hormone rebalancing. I have incredibly ticklish feet - but they were calling out for some attention. I always know I am in good hands with Carmen as she adapts and listens to me to make sure I am kept relaxed as possible during my treatments. Thai foot is slightly firmer than the reflexology which suits me better! I felt I was walking on clouds when I left! Blissful!

Always an amazing reflexology session. So good for my feet which have permanent nerve damage from aggressive chemotherapy. Sarah should be on tge NHS for post op cancer people.
