My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

Claire is always attentive to my injuries and needs and will tailor the treatment accordingly on the day, depending on how I present when I arrive. Claire has a wonderful overall holistic view where she not only focuses on the physical but your overall well being, which we all need to be reminded of.
