I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Rachael at Brunell Harmony and absolutely loved it! I left feeling lighter, less bloated and so relaxed. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the areas that needed more work and giving me great tips to continue at home. My treatment as always was amazing. Was feeling down and in pain after having a total knee replacement a few months back Jane managed to do my treatment and made sure i was comfortable all the time and it really helped. I would go every week if I won the lottery. She is a lovely kind lady who understands your needs and listens to how you're feeling adapting the treatment accordingly.

Rach is an absolute miracle worker! I recently booked her signature Harmony massage, and it was 2 hours of ultimate relaxation. It was a delightful experience. My body felt so much lighter, loosened up and revitalised. We don't realise how pressures of daily life (always being on the go) can impact our body and mind. The full body massage was an amazing experience for my wellbeing and self care. I felt so much more relaxed. I would highly recommend it as you will come out feeling like a new person.
