I’ve been with EdwardsAndCo Fitzroy for over a year and the service has always been consistent. The team is warm, welcoming, and never makes you feel any different or less. I had my haircut last Friday for my graduation. Julia, my usual stylist, was away, but she made sure I was in good hands with James. He was easy to talk to, considerate, and always checked in before proceeding. He respected Julia’s style while adding his own expertise. His calm and kind approach put me at ease and the result was perfect. A true testament to the quality of their whole team.

Tom is a craftsman with magic hands and scissors. I have curly Grey hair which I love and I don't trust many people to cut it. I always feel heard and safe with Tom. She really takes the time to listen to what you want and gives thoughtful recommendations based on your hair type and face shape. She just gets it. Every cut is flattering, fresh, and absolutely stunning. On top of that, Natalie is a lot of fun, genuinely caring, and makes you feel completely at ease the moment you sit in the chair. She also gives great tips on how to look after your hair at home. I honestly do not recommend anyone else more.

Kelsey was so lovely, I wasn't sure which treatment to book so she took the time to really look at my hair and consider what was right for me. Really nice attention to detail with their in house menu, also liked that the salon felt quite private and not like a "fishbowl". My hair got the love that it needed, and a little self care time for me too :) thanks guys!

Sam, I and many others do not like to see 'Tips' on the bill at the time and or through email. We are not American or Asian where tips are expected as the wage is very different and empoyees rely on tips. I am delighted to know you have Mary in your salon but embarrassed to see Tips.

Wizard. Did a consult with Bianca late February after I impulsively dyed my hair red. We agreed to give it time let it fade as much as possible. Went in today with no game plan, or expectation, as I didnt know what was possible. All I knew is I wanted to keep my roots dark and create a nice blend. Bianca knew of a few ideas I had, but she was patient and we kept refining the plan as we went. The result was much lighter and brighter than I expected. I haven’t left a salon this happy in years.
