She is so lovely and friendly, and incredibly thorough with the facial wax (went back and plucked any remaining hairs). Came back a few days after for my first ever facial and she remembered recommending an enzyme peel for my acne. I felt I was in safe hands because she made sure the products I used wouldn't cause any issues. The facial itself was wonderful, did not expect to have a massage included, and she also kindly took the time to suggest a skincare product to help with acne - thank you!
