I was greeted by Daniel in the lobby. He verified my treatments I requested and served me a very refreshing tea. The treatments started and I was positively surprised by the level of hospitality as well as massage techniques. Usually I try to follow the therapists’ technique and style, Daniel made me disconnect quickly, so that I could enjoy in all peace and tranquility the massages. After the massage therapy he remained very professional and offered me water and a shower. So I was glad that I took the full package and had the best 2h of the day.

Experience was good , I would say it was a bit rough …. When they push back the Cuticles on toes. Massage was lovely. I must say Boa needs a deep clean it’s starting to look run down and dirty 🫤 the nail color books are full of dark hand marks , and the chairs are stained and dirty. The nail treatment and quality is great but to keep up with the standard I would say a deep clean and revamped furniture is needed. It’s not good when the client starts to question the sanitary of their experience.

The experience was swift and calming. I love the fact that you get you hands cleansed by mineral salts before the manicure and the massage you get after the manicure. Beautiful experience. Was really nice. The receptionist / hostess was great and very professional. The ladies did a great job with the toes. My gel looks stunning. The massage was a bit sore on the legs, felt like it was just very routine and not actually paying attention, so pushing hard on my shin bone. The hand massage was lovely, was just awkward having to stretch my left arm over to her sitting on the right of me, uncomfortable way to sit makes the massage less enjoyable. Overall really good experience.

Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.
