This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

I came to Dubai with acrylics and desperately needed a infill - I contacted nails DXB and they was so helpful over the phone with me. Booked me in then I had to reschedule, when I got to my appointment the staff made me feel so so comfortable, very polite, very helpful and chatty - which I like as I hate sitting in silence. That also helped me so the nails still matched my toe nails I had done in the uk! - and also done extension gel which is much better than acrylic. Thank you guys so much! Next time I’m in Dubai I will be back x

Sako has been my hairdresser for over 2 years, and he is truly the most amazing and professional hair artist I have ever come across. This is the best Moroccan Hammam I’ve had in Dubai, went twice and was not disappointed. The product and hygiene were excellent. The therapist “Fateha” was awesome. I even tried with her the lymphatic drainage massage it was amazing and to the point feels like it’s done in a professional clinic. I can’t wait to repeat the experience of both the moroccan Bath and the lymphatic Massage.

Ezal is amazing. He really is honest if he thinks your hair is damaged and will not recover from the color you are requesting. He doesn’t force you to buy any products his prices are so reasonable compare to other salons in Dubai where prices are ridiculous. He is such a keeper.

This Moroccan bath is on another level without a doubt the most amazing experience in Dubai! The atmosphere of the spa is very welcoming , the staff are all hands on and make sure that you are comfortable. I did my full maintenance day at the spa .
