I recently visited the Business Bay location and went for a package. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

Russian manicure is one of the best in Dubai !

The hair service by the team is amazing. However the nails need improving and the prices need to reflect dubai mall or the building. Higher prices than Wow salon Dubai mall.

Excellent treatments and therapists of the highest quality (and I have lived in Dubai for a long time and tried many places!) also so well priced I now only have all my treatments at Skin Harmony …

Sako has been my hairdresser for over 2 years, and he is truly the most amazing and professional hair artist I have ever come across. I frequently have events and photoshoots, so I often come in for different hairstyles, and the level of perfection he achieves every single time is beyond exceptional🙏 After living in Dubai for over 30 years and visiting many of the best salons and hairdressers in the city, I can honestly say that Sako stands out. Ezal is amazing. He really is honest if he thinks your hair is damaged and will not recover from the color you are requesting. He doesn’t force you to buy any products his prices are so reasonable compare to other salons in Dubai where prices are ridiculous. He is such a keeper.
