Absolutely amazing experience! The service room was unique, cute, and cozy. Marisa was so kind and knowledgeable. She provided me with a phenomenal mani/pedi and massage. She’s extremely skilled and personable. I would 100% recommend spa services with her. Services were also reasonably priced and well worth it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my services. The atmosphere and ambience were appropriate and very relaxing. Akelia was very professional, patient and efficient. 10/10. I almost want to gatekeeper this place. That’s how satisfied I felt. I truly was not expecting how welcoming, warm, accommodating and skilled both Marissa and the rest of the staff were. I am beyond grateful for the hospitality. If you book at this spa be sure to request Marissa, she is absolutely lovely and extremely attentive to your needs. Will be returning and recommending to my family and friends.

Ashley was phenomenal!!!!! Very professional and calming to be around. Ive never been here before and felt like I was transported to a different place, the decor and vibe made me very relaxed and it definitely didnt feel overly commercial like a lot of spas these days. Was classy and tropical!! Definitely worth every penny and I'll be raving to all my friends and family. Thank you for your service!!!

I had the best experience at PBK Beauty Spa! My sister and I went in to get our locs twisted and styled. We were beyond impressed with the results. Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection. She was attentive, gentle, and took her time to ensure everything was done perfectly. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and my feet have never felt or looked better.
