My nails were wrecked by another nail tech. Giulia was so gentle and fixed them right up, advising on which treatment would be most gentle. My nails now look totally transformed. Thank you! So happy with them.

The best salon in Norwich! I’ve been coming to the girls for various treatments for almost 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience, my lashes, nails and brows are always perfect! The salon is so lovely, clean and welcoming and the girls are so flexible and have rearranged last minute for me before! I wouldn’t go anywhere else xxx

Margo is an absolute dream of a nail tech. From the moment you sit in her chair, you feel completely at ease. She’s talented, and has such a natural way of connecting with people of all ages. Even with the years between us, conversation flows so easily — she’s thoughtful, warm, and genuinely lovely to spend time with. High Grade House is lucky to have her, and so are all of us who get our nails done by her!

I really look forward to my nail appointments with Hannah. At my first couple of appointments (18+ months ago!) I would get gel nails but she quickly converted me to BIAB and every set since then has been so much fun to create together. I tried to go without nails for a little while this year but lasted one week before I rebooked with Hannah! She is fantastic at what she does 🥰

Fantastic Eurovision nail 💅 art done by Lana 🤩, who is very talented. She is always very professional and creative and interprets my ideas from pictures with her own suggestions. A customer of mine was so impressed the next day when I was at work, she took a picture of my nails to show her daughter 🥰

I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been going to Juste for a while now, and she never disappoints! She’s so friendly, welcoming, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. My nails are always beautifully done, and I love how natural and elegant they look every time. Juste takes her time, pays attention to detail, and it’s always such a lovely, relaxing appointment. Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I first visited Isabelle in 2022 for a set of Biosculpture gels for my wedding after seeing a photo of her ombre French nails on Instagram, the set lasted so well including throughout my honeymoon (I swear this all down to the nail prep Isabelle does before applying the gel, she is so thorough!) Since I've been coming to Isabelle for a few years now it's like catching up with a friend every month and look forward to my appointments. She is so talented and always up for a challenge with nail art. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and would thoroughly recommend her to others! 💅🏽✨

A lovely couple of hours spent with Lisa today getting fingers and toes ready for the sunshine! As always Lisa has given me a fab manicure and pedicure and is particularly good with my tricky thumb nails that always seem to break!
