Am absolutely thrilled with the miracle Mel has performed today on my nose! I was so nervous about going to have filler as I had been put off from the horror stories you see online. I had an initial consultation then still had many questions, so I contacted Mel who again took the time to answer clearly and honestly and reassured me. In my appointment Mel and Rosie made me feel calm and safe and I am so pleased with the outcome. I had such an amazing experience getting my hair extensions fitted after an incredible consultation. From start to finish, Liv was absolutely brilliant. Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best.
