Have had a few different lash techs and came to Jo with quite bad lashes. She’s always tailored appointments to my lash needs, I have bad habit of picking when my anxiety gets bad, Jo was so supportive and I have always left with fresh beautiful lashes! I was made to feel at ease. My lashes now last way beyond what they ever have! I have had a few different styles for different occasions and Jo always happily surpasses my expectations! Good chats throughout! Time to be quiet and chill when needed ♥️ and a good laugh too!! Highly recommend! X

Beth is so lovely, patient and took the time to explain treatments and answer my questions. I have recently had gel nails, eyebrow tint/wax plus Korean lash lift and tint. No problems at all. Fully recommend.

Great experience for my first lash lift and tint. Tash was a delight, she explained every step and very professionally, brought my short, elderly lashes back to life again. I’d been a bit nervous but there really was no need and Tash made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Thank you!

First time going there today and it was great!!! Staff were friendly, calming and thoughtful. Will definitely be coming here again I loved my Eyebrows and Lip ( got them waxed ). She also asked if she could thread my eyebrows and it was my first time but they didn’t hurt! I didn’t go red after the wax or threading which was a plus!

Kelly is by far the best eyebrow practitioner in Norwich! She really takes care and an interest in getting the best result for you long term depending on your skin type and lifestyle factors and eyebrows always look fab! She’s a lovely kind lady and I will never go anywhere else thanks Kelly x

Such a nice first visit to Invidia. I’m new to Norwich and delighted I picked this hidden gem. Jasmine listened to my rambling explanations of the quirks of my hair, was ready with suggestions and I felt completely confident to ask her for suggestions on the cut. I left the salon knowing I could recreate the style at home and that it won’t look weird if my hair gets damp in any much-needed rain. Salon is lovely and cool too!

Had lash extensions done recently, absolutely love them. Only wanted them to look a little thicker and keep them natural. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered a beautiful set of lashes. Would highly recommend 🥰

Spectacular lash technicians are very hard to find but Megan is one of them. My lashes were perfect and lasted ages, Megan knows what she’s doing. Also she is a very lovely person and does a fabulous wax and makes you feel very comfortable.
