This was my first visit to see Juste for initial removal of an old set from a different salon and a new set applied. She was very knowledgeable and her main concern was for the health and care of my nails. After seeing that they were in a very poor condition we made the decision to leave them off a month to try and get them into a better state. I very much appreciated that she didn’t just do a new set and was totally honest with me. She is a chatty, friendly girl and I will definitely go back when they are healthier. Thank you! 🙏

Leanne was so amazing. I had the best manicure and gel nails. She goes above and beyond to take time to do perfect design. So creative. Thank you. Sapphireblu is by far the best salon in Norwich.

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

I always come away with beautiful nails when I have seen Ellie. I regularly ask for nail art and she always completes a stunning design 🤩

Ineida always knows exactly how I like my hair to look, she's a natural, intuitive stylist and I hope she never leaves Norwich!

My 13 year old son loves coming to see Jemma and always leaves happy with his haircut. She's so kind and gentle with him. Highly recommend

My first time in this saloon ,I was very happy with my colour and blow dry, The girls are lovely, very accommodating, professional, I have booked my next 2 appointments for hair and manicure and pedicure.

Jemma is always fab cutting my nearly two year olds hair. Very friendly and patient 🥰

Ellie is thorough with her work and takes her time with each nail.. I had biab gel and my nails are perfect, good choice of colours. They were exactly what I asked for! Highly recommend her

Another great haircut for my shy 12 year old. Jemma is so kind and gentle with him and he's always pleased with the hair cut! Thank you!

This appointment was for my mum who has dementia, I popped on a note on booking has mum sometimes struggles to find the words she wants to say but still loves to chat. She come out feeling like she had met up with old friends! She was treated with respect and dignity at all times she's now knackered from all the chatting and her hair looks fantastic, thank you so much for your kindness and compassion xx
