One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

Absolutely amazing 😍🥳 100% after trying 3 eye lash tech’s in norwich always disappointed but went to glambox had the lovely Shayla and I’m just sooo HAPPY with the lashes I got.. I almost cried with happiness .. please go to glambox they are amazing girls and such a laugh there.. defiantly a little girl pad I’ll be going back all the time without question 😍🥰

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

The space feels warm, relaxing and clean. The staff were all polite, friendly and efficient. This was my first experience of Thai massage, and I will definitely be back! I had the deep tissue massage (60 minutes) and definitely felt the benefit. I put on the form that I have problems with my back and shoulders but didn't go into specifics. The lady doing my massage identified that my left shoulder was particularly bad without me telling her, so she obviously knows her stuff! Thank you ladies :)

Great first time- was nervous do to a guy having a massage, but was made to feel welcomed. Had a deep tissue massage, i can officially say my shoulder pain is less and i can move my arm more freely. Will be booking again.

I recently had a facial with Sam at TherapyInc in Norwich and it was an absolute treat. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. Sam is so knowledgeable and took the time afterwards to explain every step, making the facial both educational and tailored to my skin’s needs. She used Dermalogica products beautifully, and I left feeling refreshed, nourished, and genuinely benefited. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional, welcoming, and results-driven facial experience

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I have various treatments at chars and every single time the treatment are amazing. I had a deep tissue massage for the first time today as I have a painful shoulder . Charley tailor made the massage for me as i find it painful if the pressure is too much whilst being massaged . She made sure the pressure was ok and really helped my shoulder and the muscle pain. I wouldn't go anywhere else for massage / Japanese head spas . 10/10
