The best salon in Norwich! I’ve been coming to the girls for various treatments for almost 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience, my lashes, nails and brows are always perfect! The salon is so lovely, clean and welcoming and the girls are so flexible and have rearranged last minute for me before! I wouldn’t go anywhere else xxx

I really look forward to my nail appointments with Hannah. At my first couple of appointments (18+ months ago!) I would get gel nails but she quickly converted me to BIAB and every set since then has been so much fun to create together. I tried to go without nails for a little while this year but lasted one week before I rebooked with Hannah! She is fantastic at what she does 🥰

Fantastic Eurovision nail 💅 art done by Lana 🤩, who is very talented. She is always very professional and creative and interprets my ideas from pictures with her own suggestions. A customer of mine was so impressed the next day when I was at work, she took a picture of my nails to show her daughter 🥰

Leanne was so amazing. I had the best manicure and gel nails. She goes above and beyond to take time to do perfect design. So creative. Thank you. Sapphireblu is by far the best salon in Norwich.

I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been going to Juste for a while now, and she never disappoints! She’s so friendly, welcoming, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. My nails are always beautifully done, and I love how natural and elegant they look every time. Juste takes her time, pays attention to detail, and it’s always such a lovely, relaxing appointment. The best massage in Norwich. I am a bigger chap and she always has the strength to give a good deep tissue massage. Incredibly relaxing and refreshing. I highly recommend.

So glad I found Jess! She’s made my pretty nail dream come true again after having an allergic reaction to other gel nails. Not only are my nails just want I asked for but she is so lovely too which makes nail appointments a lovely experience (just how they should be!)

I first visited Isabelle in 2022 for a set of Biosculpture gels for my wedding after seeing a photo of her ombre French nails on Instagram, the set lasted so well including throughout my honeymoon (I swear this all down to the nail prep Isabelle does before applying the gel, she is so thorough!) Since I've been coming to Isabelle for a few years now it's like catching up with a friend every month and look forward to my appointments. She is so talented and always up for a challenge with nail art. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and would thoroughly recommend her to others! 💅🏽✨

A lovely couple of hours spent with Lisa today getting fingers and toes ready for the sunshine! As always Lisa has given me a fab manicure and pedicure and is particularly good with my tricky thumb nails that always seem to break!

Fantastic Hannah!! Love having my nails done by Hannah. She is so friendly and professional. She is by far the best nail technician I've ever been to . I really enjoy our chats whilst being pampered . She is quick yet incredibly efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
