What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I have had 50+ deep tissue massages from 10+ therapists over the years of being a self employed painter and that was hands down the best. What has really got me is that I have had steroid injections in my wrists for constant pain and nobody other than Andrea has suggested it could be nerve impingement and she said that within 10 minutes into the session. She traced the nerve from my shoulder to the wrist and after working on it I can’t believe how much better it feels. For my wrist alone that’s a big win both physically and mentally and a great start. Can’t recommend this lady highly enough..

Had an amazing experience as always! The atmosphere is always so calm, and Lou is so welcoming—she really makes you feel comfortable straight away. She’s so knowledgeable and always adjusts the pressure to suit me perfectly. I had a C-section 18 weeks ago and purchased a block of 5 sessions to help with healing, and it’s honestly made such a difference—especially with reducing swelling and bloating. I also booked my mum in for a Mother’s Day present and she said it was the best massage she’s ever had! Would 100% recommend.

My massage with Andrea was unbelievable! Andrea is super friendly, made me feel so at ease and did an amazing massage! I floated out of that room afterwards. She really got into my knots and relieved a lot of the tension I have been holding in my neck/shoulders. Would highly recommend and I will be back!

BOOK IN NOW!! So, so glad I found Louise. I’d been searching for someone to do a manual lymphatic drainage following an operation 7 weeks ago and the clinic popped up on Fresha. Louise was so knowledgeable and relieved the swelling and fluid that had been making me so uncomfortable. Will be booking in for regular sessions and other aesthetic treatments

For a long time I’ve been wanting to book the Lymphatic drainage, wood therapy and sauna detox treatment with Louise and I’m so happy I did. She was very professional and welcoming from start to finish. She talked me through each step and checked I was happy and comfortable throughout. The results were better than I imagined and I will 100% be booking another treatment in the future! I felt amazing after and it will really help with my circulation issues. Louise gave great after care advice too. I would highly recommend her. Thank you!

Well where do I begin , louise was warm and welcoming , made me feel at ease instantly , being an incredibly stressed mum of three , I was nervous about getting undressed etc. but there was really no need. After going through the hell of losing a child recently I was nervous and uptight and grieving . After the best treatment I’ve ever had, being informed and educated all the way through I left feeling relaxed and smiling .
