Great sports massages, and a great woman. If your an athlete/workout a lot, make sure to get a sports massage. Had a back problem from an accident, and was given a massage with acupuncture. Pain and stiffness was gone within a couple days. All massages I’ve had here have made me better and ready to go. 110% would recommend

My first ever Thai massage and what a great experience!!!!Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The best part was the masseuse focusing on my left shoulder muscles without me telling her that my shoulder has been in pain for quite some time. Croydon’s absolute best!!!! Highly Recommend!

Probably the best massage I’ve had. It’s not your typical tranquil and relaxing massage-well not if you suffer from severe chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. I felt that this place actually cares about their customers, and truly aims to solve the actual issue and truly relieve pain and discomfort. I left feeling so much lighter as well as knowing what is going on with my body. Personally for me my experience will be different to those who do not have any real issues and are looking for a great massage. You can definitely get that here and more.

I am so pleased I made this appointment. I’d been feeling stiff and unwell as I spend all day sitting at my desk, today’s session although a little painful due to my tension was amazing. Lights down low, meditation ambient music and some needle healing. Fabulous stuff - 3 sessions and my knee is really on the mend. Get on that couch so that Taj can help you activate your body's healing supply

Acupuncture session 2 to heal my injured knee has left my leg feeling even stronger and me more confident in moving my leg normally. Taj put some extra needles in my hands and feet to help improve my overall wellbeing. I was able to book a same day appointment which was ideal. Lovely atmosphere and close to home. My therapist was very skilled. Unfortunately, I have years of tension in my back, neck and shoulders.. so I felt every single knot being massaged out. A little sore now but it's to be expected. I will definitely visit again in the future.
