Great sports massages, and a great woman. If your an athlete/workout a lot, make sure to get a sports massage. Had a back problem from an accident, and was given a massage with acupuncture. Pain and stiffness was gone within a couple days. All massages I’ve had here have made me better and ready to go. 110% would recommend

I had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was truly inviting, with a spa room setting that provided a serene and luxurious environment—far superior to typical therapy room settings. The lovely music and calming ambiance made the experience even more soothing. Massage was incredibly rejuvenating, and I haven’t had such a high-quality massage in a long time. Masseuse was fantastic, delivering a perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work. The facial was equally impressive, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. My first ever Thai massage and what a great experience!!!!Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The best part was the masseuse focusing on my left shoulder muscles without me telling her that my shoulder has been in pain for quite some time. Croydon’s absolute best!!!! Highly Recommend!

Probably the best massage I’ve had. It’s not your typical tranquil and relaxing massage-well not if you suffer from severe chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. I felt that this place actually cares about their customers, and truly aims to solve the actual issue and truly relieve pain and discomfort. I left feeling so much lighter as well as knowing what is going on with my body. Personally for me my experience will be different to those who do not have any real issues and are looking for a great massage. You can definitely get that here and more.

I booked the glow up treatment (dermaplaning and microblading). Yasmin was very welcoming and friendly, she even had a little personalised sign as you walk into the room. She explained the steps throughout the treatment and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere was really calming and relaxing. I really enjoyed my visit and I can’t wait to see her again in a couple of weeks. The massage was so relaxing and I feel somewhat human again. Highly recommend to book your treatments with her.
