Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. Liam was great, firstly he came to find me when i couldn't find the entrance to the clinic, but ( and more importantly) he really did an excellent job loosening my very tight lower back and thigh muscles. Bit tender the day after but I was able to enjoy my day out and about in Liverpool.

Trialled & error many sports therapists in Liverpool over the years and none have compared to Jenny. So thorough in everything and I learn something new every time I visit. Top! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jenny is extremely passionate, dedicated and professional in what she does. Having not done anything of this nature in the past, I went to her with a muscle tightness in my pec/shoulder and some mobility issues. She provided a thorough assessment, was clear with detailed explanations and her personality makes you feel at ease straight away. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the Liverpool area in need of support.

Katie is absolutely brilliant. She knows exactly what’s she’s doing. Very helpful in explaining things, and the sports massage was amazing, relieved all my pain/knots. Legs felt great afterwards and really helped me. Would recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend! Yasien is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming and has eased the aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and back. He used multiple tools and techniques during the sports massage and always checked that I was ok. If you are looking for someone who knows what they are talking about and can ease tight/stiff muscles then Yasien is your guy.
