I first went to Lauren last week for lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment, safe to say i booked to go again as soon as I got home! My second appointment was today for another lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment as well as dry cupping and sports massage…. Just amazing! She truly is like a magician for the body!! I am just about to book again but adding assisted stretching to the list! Aside from her amazing work Lauren is genuinely lovely and caring for one’s needs, so knowledgeable too, so trust me when I say you’re in safe hands with her! Get booking!

Lauren is always amazing. We changed my booked lymphatic and body contouring to lymphatic and sports massage as I was really achey from having a cold/cough ……… it was no problem for Lauren and I came away feeling much more relaxed and much less achey! Result👍🏻

I always enjoy my treatments with Lauren. Today I had a back, neck and shoulder sports massage which was great and relieved the tension in that area which had been causing me headaches. Followed by a lymphatic drainage massage which is lovely and relaxing, some of the benefits are instantly visible, others take a day or so to realise.

I've been seeing Ali for a while now with various issues. I find Ali, friendly, knowledgeable and her sports massage is really good. It helps to keep me on top of my aches and pains!

Claire really worked hard on the areas that needed it! It was my second appointment & I’m very pleased with my sports massage. Claire is attentive & checks I’m okay. I feel very relaxed & comfortable.

Emma is the absolute best and a lovely person too. I had a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. She’s like a homing beacon to knots. Best masseuses I’ve come across and she genuinely loves what she does.

As always great gets rid of the aches and pain that build between visits but a great sports massage makes the difference

What a fabulous deep tissue sports massage from Ali Kendall.
