10/10 experience! I had my first microneedling appointment this week and I can honestly say it felt like an electric toothbrush gently moving over my skin. I was unsure what to expect, but Lucy talked me through the process as it was happening, which I really appreciated. She always makes me feel at ease and relaxed when I visit. I feel so blessed to have found Lucy. Not only are my monthly facials heavenly but after an hour of chatting it’s also therapy!
