This initial consultation up to 30 mins & a 60 min massage appointment will consist of a short consultation regarding any aches, pains or injuries that you may have, before receiving the type of massage that is best suited to your individual needs.

Studies show that hot stone massage may reduce stress and anxiety and promote relaxation. Hot stone massage is carried out with a variety of long strokes, using both the stones and hands. The heat of the stones help to relax your muscles, allowing for a more intense massage without discomfort.

Relaxation Massage Including Infrared lamp &Hot Stones up to 90 (only available at my clinic)

The 60 minute massage is focused, light or deep tissue massage and may focus on a certain area of the body. It uses a combination of deep and light modalities to loosen muscle knots, improve blood flow, and prevent lactic acid build up

Our therapeutic techniques elegantly soothe the body, concentrating on the soft tissues and muscles to calm the central nervous system. Striving for calm and collected, our methods use a hands-on approach with a varied use of pressure to find tense points and ease muscles. Gliding, kneading, rubbing and tapping are used to control how the body responds to the treatment and enliven its receptiveness, notably improved headaches, day-to-day strains, general stresses and acute injuries. Focusing on providing a deep physical cleanse, we aim to purify your posture and designate a central sense of peace.

Relaxation & Stress Relieving Massage 60

This is aimed at people who want regular monthly massages for wellbeing and injury prevention, benefits of which could be

Pre event massage is a short and specific massage treatment. Pre event massage stretches and loosens muscles at a vast pace in preparation for activity and optimum performance. Massage aims to raise the body temperature and increase cardiovascular activity. Blood circulation is increased to the muscles reducing tension and allowing them to relax. An athlete can also use pre event massage for psychological benefits. Emotions related to sports participation can be anxiety, stress and fatigue. Pre event massage helps to relax an athlete and mentally prepare them for performance.

Pre-Event Full Body Light massage 40

Soothing Strains & Sprains with Ultrasound Therapy via a new high grade ultrasound machine.
This 30 minute service is predimonantly for shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, feet.
Other areas will undoubetedly take more time
Sound waves can expedite healing by increasing temperature and blood flow to the injured area. Furthermore, the vibration and warmth created in these tissues draws blood to the area. As a result, this encourages healing cells to migrate to the site of the injury. A 30 minute session with a mix of ultrasound and massage techniques to reduce pain and improve injuries
