Claire is an incredible physio, quick to pinpoint the problem and resolve whether through massage or exercises. Coming back from breaking my foot almost a year ago and all the problems which have flowed from that and now less than 3 weeks off from London Marathon - I certainly would not be at this point in my training without her! Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

It was only the second time I’ve had a massage and Lucy put me right at ease. The location was quiet and the room relaxing, peaceful and subtly decorated with lovely lighting. The massage itself was incredible and I’ll be returning again soon, most likely as a regular!

Yesterday had the usual high quality regular massage from Sam. However, also added on was a separate massage to deal with a specific issue, so literally two different and excellent massage treatments within the same session.

Ali is very warm and welcoming and professional. I've never had a massage that managed to release all the tension from my back. I left feeling invigorated. I recommend Ali highly to everyone.
