Fortunately the earliest day and time I could do had 10% discount already applied by the business, so I booked and paid $89.10 (inc. deposit 10% paid in advance). Booked in for 1345 and the whole thing was done by 1445. During the process, the phone rang 2 times, one of which the technician had picked up, and a lady came in with an enquiry and again the process got fully paused for about few minutes (the lady wouldn't leave). Overall experence not too bad, I got my lashes done and I'm pretty happy. Customer service, good. Would I go back? Maybe.

Highly recommend this place. Chic ambience and great customer service. I booked the Hybrid set for my lashes and I came in realising I don’t have enough time due to an early dinner I am going. Jasmyne was very helpful and suggested we proceed for Classic Natural set instead. Result was amazing and I am very pleased with how I look.

Almost 4 years of getting my lashes done here and the fabulous Rosie has kept my natural lashes in great condition while giving me a superior LED volume lash. Lash Envy is definitely the home of lashes and brows. Rosie has been fantastic to work with, keeping up with shifts in style of lash so that my lashes are always looking fresh.

The eyelash extensions look amazing and feel so natural, and the brow wax was done with such care—no irritation at all. The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations. I usually get red, sore eyes for days after getting lash extensions, but with her I had no redness or discomfort at all. She is so gentle that I even fell asleep during the appointment (which I never do easily!). Her studio is very clean, professional, and welcoming, and she’s genuinely kind. I tried the anime style for the first time and absolutely loved it. On top of that, her prices are really reasonable. I’m so happy with my lashes and highly recommend her!

The best lashes. Ive had lashes for over 15 years. Phoebe is kind, and well trained in all types of lashes and lash lift. My eyes dont go red and dont burn after application. The lashes lasts longer than other places I have been to and prices are very affordable.

Maia was hands down the best beautician I've ever had in my many years getting lash and brow tints! She had an incredible attention to detail in terms of safety, care and preferences for the brows, including a range of coloured dyes for people who don't want super dark brows. I didn't get a proper lash lift, but she made the effort to dry and curl my lashes up which no clinician has ever done for me before. To top it off, she's a lovely kind person, who is professional, inclusive and respectful by putting her client's preferences first. Thank you Maia!
