This is the only place to get your lashes done, the salon is beautifully presented, clean, and the girls are amazing very professional, kind , and do an amazing job. I have had a bad experience and never wanted to get my lashes done again. But after researching and reading reveiws I chose here, I'm glad I did, Ivy was so gentle doing my lashes I didn't hardly know she was there and my full set hybrid lashes look stunning and last me weeks before I need to refill. I highly recommend this salon, and I travel an hour to come here. 😊👍

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. Laksica was super professional and really listened to what I wanted. I went for a natural volume set, and they turned out even better than I imagined. They're lightweight, comfortable, and look amazing. I've gotten so many compliments already! Fortunately the earliest day and time I could do had 10% discount already applied by the business, so I booked and paid $89.10 (inc. deposit 10% paid in advance). Booked in for 1345 and the whole thing was done by 1445. During the process, the phone rang 2 times, one of which the technician had picked up, and a lady came in with an enquiry and again the process got fully paused for about few minutes (the lady wouldn't leave). Overall experence not too bad, I got my lashes done and I'm pretty happy. Customer service, good. Would I go back? Maybe.

Highly recommend this place. Chic ambience and great customer service. I booked the Hybrid set for my lashes and I came in realising I don’t have enough time due to an early dinner I am going. Jasmyne was very helpful and suggested we proceed for Classic Natural set instead. Result was amazing and I am very pleased with how I look.

I had a wonderful experience at The Lash and Brow Gallery with Oscar! I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a bit cautious, but Oscar was incredibly gentle and attentive. The eyelash extensions look amazing and feel so natural, and the brow wax was done with such care—no irritation at all. The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations. Wonderful experience. Tia was friendly and helpful when choosing the best length and style of lashes. She applied some lashes and then I checked the length was what I wanted. Preet did an amazing job with my eyelash extensions! I’ve found it really difficult in the past to find a lash technician that understands what I want. Preet was able to execute it easily. Will definitely have to keep coming back as I am in love with how my lashes look now and don’t want to go back to natural.
