Lucy is so lovely 🥰 I had to cancel the first appointment I made due to unforeseen circumstances, she completely understood and was so accommodating with re booking. During the initial consultation i was asked what I wanted the massage to be like and it couldn’t have been more spot on. Lucy was amazing and did exactly what I asked for in a warm, cosy & very quiet environment, I was totally relaxed from the off. Absolutely amazing experience with Lucy. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage, but after a thorough consultation she tailored the treatment to how I was feeling that day. She explained everything clearly, checked I was comfortable and focused on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was perfect and the heated blanket, calming music and oils made it so relaxing. Her aftercare was incredibly thoughtful and completely spot on. She even messaged me afterwards with her advice. No pushy sales, just genuine care. I left feeling calmer, lighter and will definitely return!
